Jackson White will appear in the new movie “Pet Sematary”.
The actor will play Ut Crandle in the sequel to the 2019 horror film Supernatural. It is the second cinematic version of Stephen King’s most horrific self-proclaimed book.
Lindsey Beer oversees Flick and writes the latest version of the script based on Jeff Buller’s draft. Filming will begin in August and the film will debut exclusively on Paramount +.
Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian are directing the film, but plot details remain unclear for the time being.
The original story behind the 1989 and 2019 films follows a tragic family and a sad father who discovers an ancient cemetery that has the power to raise the dead.
In King’s novel, Crandall is a character who introduces his family to a graveyard and reveals his secrets to his sad father. You will regret it later.
The role was previously played by Fred Gwynne in the 1989 adaptation, while John Lithgow portrayed it in a recent film.
The project is Jackson’s first major studio film, but it has already been featured in television series such as “Mrs.” “Fletcher”, “Middle”, “Seal Team”. He is next seen on the other side of Jake Gyllenhaal in Michael Bay’s action thriller “Ambulance”.
Eiza Gonzalez and Yahya Abdul Matine II also appeared in a film about a brother carrying an important patient and stealing an ambulance.
